Utilities are operated and managed by residents who live in each district, keeping neighbors’ best interests at heart. Eastside Utility District

Eastside Utility district, formerly known as the East Brainerd Water Company, was chartered in 1958 and provides water to consumers in Hamilton and Bradley Counties and through wholesale meters to consumers in Catoosa and Whitfield Counties. The district serves approximately 66,000 residents.

Hixson Utility District

The Hixson Utility District was created in 1941 and serves 26,500 customers in the Hixson community.

North West Utility District

The North West Utility District provides water service to 7,500 customers in the Soddy Daisy, Falling Water, Mowbray Mountain and Sale Creek communities.

Savannah Valley Utility District

The Savannah Valley District was incorporated in 1961 and provides water services within boundaries in northeast Hamilton County, southwest Meigs County and southwest Bradley County. The district serves approximately 10,000 customers.

The Walden’s Ridge Utility District was established in 1947. The district serves customers in Walden and portions of Signal Mountain, Hamilton and Sequatchie Counties.
